Huge shout out to Chesapeake Custom Embroidery. The LW and I have a wood double Adirondack chair/table combo that we've had for over 20 years, it has served us well but its time has come. We decided it was time to replace it a couple weeks ago so we began our quest to find a poly resin replacement. We narrowed it down to two choices. On one hand we found a lower price but a different version (than mine) of phone ordering/curbside pickup along with a WEAK e contact response rate. I contacted the retailer through email, FB and phone. I was not real thrilled to continue with them.
LW contacted Chesapeake Custom Embroidery, who surprisingly enough, sells poly resin outdoor furniture and she received email response within an hour of every query she sent. After we committed to the purchase of the set, the owner offered to open up on a Sunday morning to complete the transaction and offered an amazing warranty. I will definitely do business with them again when we replace our deck furniture and add to the soon to be revamped fire pit area.
