2 cans French cut green beans, drained - reserve liquid;
1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated), drained and chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 cup Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, sliced
Mix all ingredients except bean liquid. Then pour the bean liquid over the top of it all. Top with more crumbs.
Bake at 350 for aobut 30 minutes to heat through.
I AM A VEGGIE HATER, but this is yummy. Got the recipe from Rosered and she says it is even better the next day. Enjoy!
