You know how I am about this stuff. I think of Green Day as poser-punk: Just because you cop an anarchist 'tude doesn't make you punk. Punk was something different; edgy and anti-authoritarian, non-conformist. Now everyone is edgy, anti-authoritarian and non-conformist, and there is no such thing as a modern punk band.

Green Day is unique and different, just like everyone else.
