Grocery pick up

I am going to try something new tomorrow and pick up my groceries. I have already ordered them online and set up my date and time. My question is.... do I tip them? I know you have to when you get groceries delivered but wonder about me picking them up. Yes?? No??

They get paid well and have a great pension... So I would say nope to tipping.

I know for Instacart and delivery, it has a place where you can add the tip. The pick-up page did not. I will bring some cash and just ask.

Update...
I ended up bailing on the pick up but did it last Friday. No tip needed and I will definitely use that service again. I was home and had the groceries unpacked by the time I am normally leaving the parking lot.

I would bet with delivery its a third party doing it.
Perhaps Door Dash Groceries???

I don't mind grocery shopping but on Fridays, I am pressed for time after work so pick up is easier. If I go any other day, I will do the shopping myself.

I drive over to Jungle Jims above Cinci with a friend about one a year. About 200,000 sq ft of grocery store. Its amazing what is in each section.

I worked with a guy at Otis that lived in Ohio.
He would bring in just didferent stuff like blue potatos and dozens of different hot sauces I had never heard of... My ex and I met him at the first store in Cinci and we were hooked.

Oh, he loves the grocery store too. That was our second date, I'm not making that up. He took me to the commissary and bought ingredients for dinner, then came back to my house and made apricot chicken with rice while I read to him.
