groomer south end of Calvert?

I refuse to trim/cut him myself. :nono: He's getting a nice scrub now but he needs his first haircut.

Who do you all like? :snacks:

Oh ... 7lb mini schnauzer.

Does my butt look big?
I am in Hollywood...have you gotten him used to clippers yet? How old is he? I suggest people bring their pups monthly to get them used to everything and so they like the groomer..Usually don't ask for the first clip to be "the works" like taking a 2 yr old (peeps) for the first cut and get cut perm etc..too much..maybe just FFTT first time and full grooming the next..if the pup is very cooperative then maybe a full grooming the first time..I love doing schnauzers they look so good when they are done..what color is he? My friend has some real cute black and whites..

:howdy::love: I have 2 lhasa poo's and I love the groomer, Jennifer, at Top Notch Grooming Service, attached to Three Notch Animal Hospital. She really works with the dogs and makes them actually like to be groomed.

Paso, how much are your poodle clips? When I take mine to the groomers, not all poodles, it totals,,hmmmmmm,,~10 dogs and all are clips but 2 (bath, nails ect. only)..costs me a fortune!!:lmao:

I have a 20 lb. poodle X that I clip myself. I've only clipped him a couple times since I got him a few months ago, but I think I'll get better with each grooming session :yay: I lucked out with a dog who is wonderfully patient when it comes to any kind of grooming.

I tried grooming my own to save money and lets just say, they knew they looked dorky. Figured I'd better just put out the $$ and not traumatize them again.:lmao::lmao:

The last time I groomed him (a few weeks ago), I butchered his haircut. I let it grow back for a couple weeks and then trimmed it up. Looks pretty good now :yay: Although, after I clipped him, I had to buy him a sweater because he was so cold! Poor boy :lmao:
