I was referring to the big bright light of truth when shined down upon the shady dealings of those charged with upholding the law and protecting. As is many times is the case when an unflattering video surfaces showing the outright lies and deceit. In addition when showcased in court proceedings at an initial trial, or upon appeal, proving malicious intent to railroad a defendant. Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. And the citizens get the shaft.

I don't buy that its insignificant at all. I would be its a much higher rate than one in 25 fathers may not be the biological parent of the child they believe to be theirs. It could be a cop having bad day and write a few unwarranted tickets to stepping on a citizens constitutional rights.
