Why do you choose to get mad over this?

Aaaaa... but according to Stacy and Clinton (what not to wear)... colors (browns, greens, blues, etc.) can also be defined as a neutral... as well as a light delicate pin stripe.

Well, then Stacy and Clinton need to bone up on the Engrish language:

neu·tral (nū'trəl, nyū'-)
adj.
Not aligned with, supporting, or favoring either side in a war, dispute, or contest.
Belonging to neither side in a controversy: on neutral ground.
Belonging to neither kind; not one thing or the other.
Sexless; neuter.
Chemistry.
Of or relating to a solution or compound that is neither acidic nor alkaline.
Of or relating to a compound that does not ionize in solution.
Physics.
Of or relating to a particle, an object, or a system that has neither positive nor negative electric charge.
Of or relating to a particle, object, or system that has a net electric charge of zero.
Of or indicating a color, such as gray, black, or white, that lacks hue; achromatic.
Linguistics.
Pronounced with the tongue in a middle position, neither high nor low, as the a in around.

Neutrals...

...are the canvas upon which art is placed. Without neutrals there is no theme other than tie dye.

Beiges, tans, browns... these are actually colors. They are between red and yellow on the spectrum, and have less saturation than your oranges, except for dark rich browns which usually have more or the same saturation as oranges.

In fact, I've never been sure why those particular colors are called 'neutral', because they're not. Anything that can be found on a gray-scale is neutral, but not browns/tans, etc.
