My punishment? He and John Allen Muhammed should be force-fed gallons of Viagra and, at gunpoint, forced to bugger each other to death.

Nah, give the boys that have been in lockup a while, and using the weight gear, the viagra and let them do the "dirty work".

I just hope they sentence him to death. I realize he is young, but he has shown no remorse what so ever. I do not agree that a life sentence without parole would be even considered by anyone as a harsher sentence. Why should the taxpayers have to pay an average of $16,000 a year to house him, provide meals, provide personnel to watch over him, and provide medical care to him for the rest of his life after the crimes he has committed? $16,000 a year is a low estimate. The cost increases as the inmate ages. Our inmates receive better medical care than many of us on this forum. Somewhere along the line, it has to stop.

#1. Many taxpayers are tired of footing the bill.

#2. Society needs to set an example to any other person down the road who gets a bright idea to go on a killing spree.

I still believe that the best punishment is to place Malvo and Muhammed in a room with the family members of those who were killed.

Each family member will have a gun like the one Malvo and Muhammed used, and each will get to fire as many shots as they'd like.

Seems like justice to me...

That's exactly why he should get the death penalty. The damn bleeding hearts in this country need to wake up. If it was one of their family that got shot down by this piece of garbage, you could bet your butt they'd fight for the death penalty then.:cussing:

Interesting idea, but I would give them butane torches and hot-rodded Tasers instead of guns.

Death would be too merciful a punishment for that duo. I'm angry enough that these vermin made people feel afraid and helpless during their sniper spree. If they had killed someone I loved, you couldn't inflict enough pain and suffering on Malvo and Muhammed to satisfy my rage. Hell would be too soft a punishment for them.

Life, no parole, they won't fry an 18/19 yr old.

I have to believe that he will get "FRIED." The letter(s) he wrote to another inmate tell the jury that he would try to break out of prison.

I think they'll fry him too. He showed no remorse whatsoever during his questioning. Hopefully they will give him the death penalty and set the precedent for the future to show these young kids that you can't get away with murder.

Maybe so, but that isn't my intention. We live in a brutal world, where people are out to get us for reasons that make no sense. It doesn't matter that Michael Jackson's father emotionally abused him, except as a case study. The fact remains that MJ is out to hurt our children.

The Scut Farkuses of the world make us feel afraid and helpless, whether they hide in trunks with rifles like Malvo and Muhammed, or feed their own subjects into human wood chippers like the Hussein family. What are we supposed to do with our rage at being made to feel afraid and helpless? That rage can only be contained for so long, until we lose control like Ralphie Parker and beat the crap out of our tormentors.

In the long run, that's the only way to stop the Scut Farkuses. Why shouldn't they be made to feel the same fear and helplessness that they make us feel? Why shouldn't we use them as object lessons for the rest of the vermin? Muhammed and Malvo obviously don't fear their impending executions. I want them to fear us.

I agree. The letter was disturbing, almost provoking.

MICHAEL JACKSON LYRICS

"Childhood"

Have you seen my Childhood?
I'm searching for the world that I come from
'Cause I've been looking around
In the lost and found of my heart...
No one understands me
They view it as such strange eccentricities...
'Cause I keep kidding around
Like a child, but pardon me...

People say I'm not okay
'Cause I love such elementary things...
It's been my fate to compensate,
for the Childhood
I've never known...

Have you seen my Childhood?
I'm searching for that wonder in my youth
Like pirates in adventurous dreams,
Of conquest and kings on the throne...

Before you judge me, try hard to love me,
Look within your heart then ask,
Have you seen my Childhood?

People say I'm strange that way
'Cause I love such elementary things,
It's been my fate to compensate,
for the Childhood I've never known...

Have you seen my Childhood?
I'm searching for that wonder in my youth
Like fantastical stories to share
The dreams I would dare, watch me fly...

Before you judge me, try hard to love me.
The painful youth I've had

Have you seen my Childhood...

Time out!

You are innocent in this country until proven guilty. Sure, Michael is a strange fello, but when a jury of my peers says he is guilty, then and only then, will I refer to Michael as a child molester.

I find it highly unlikely that in the past 12 years, two people have come forward to make molestation accusations. With all the contact Michael Jackson has with children, I would think there would be more. There is an article I read years ago, and maybe an AOL user can help me out here, because I know the full article is available to AOL users. Anyway, this link describes some of the issues in the heavily researched article.

Article

I've worked in law enforcement for 15 years, and believe me, I've come across way too many over zealous investigators in my career. Just think, you're the lead investigator on this case, just think of the book deals, the movies, the money.

Thanks for the correction. I'll clarify that if MJ is convicted, that would prove that he's hell-bent on hurting children.
