Hair color experts?

My friend had her hair colored and I really like it. She said they used a Redken color called "Cherry Cola" I am wondering if they might have mixed this "Cherry Cola" shade with a brunette shade because her base is brunette. Her hair does not seem red to me but that "CC" made the color look really pretty and warm. If that makes any sense. I know that I am having a hard time describing it.

Does anyone know if there is a comparable color at Sallys that I could use? It would be nice to save a few bucks and do it myself. I just do not want to wind up rocking the Ronald McDonald.

I just recently switched to the Ion Brilliance line at Sally's and I've been really pleased with it.
