They will be checking registered sex offenders in our community, who are under the supervision of Parole and Probation, to ensure the offenders have no Halloween decorations, are distributing no treats, and have a visible sign displayed indicating that no candy is available at the residence.

He's not stingy, just has grown kids and where he use to live never got trick or treaters, so he didn't think he would get many. He has rethought that idea. I am now the of the office for a day.

It was either FLorida, Virginia, or Maryland last year that made their registered offenders attend a workshop that night to keep them off the streets.

I did not See anything on the evening news about any other county doing anything .......... I guess kids don't rate protection up here in PG
