Alright, real quick and then I have to get to apologizing and making promises to certain people that are reading this....

1. Register in the governmental center before closing on oct 20 in the office of non religious holidays to get your approved black banner for Halloween. You do not have to register if you are only taking your children trick or treating and are not going to hand out candy. But please only trick or treat at approved homes.

2. Get a stamp (250 for 18months coverage) It will save you over 300$ in the first year alone in entry fees, etc. and of course will allow you to get the free tobacco virus shot. (which you can take if you feel you need to or to be safe -but it is not a requirement to attend the county fair).

3. Grandfathering and 10oz boobing, do not concern yourself with these. Your daughter is too young and you will have moved by then. Please move by then. And just don't drink 10oz budlight out in public and you'll be fine. Besides if you do get caught not boobing while out in public, the fine is only 500$ and/or 2 nights in jail depending on the severity, so keep your morals its worth it.

4. Get the free military provided animal flu shots. You will be thankful you did. Children get theirs on the their 3 yr check up.

5. When new non-locals come on here asking questions such as these. A)either know your facts 100% or B) don't try to tell them what you think you know or you will get banned.

6. Halloween will be on Sunday the 29th this year.
I think thats all

The stamp does not, I repeat, does not, cover the annual snipe hunt.

No, but that is strictly for locals, so she doesn't need to concern herself with that event anyways.
