It's not just for harvesting tobacco. I have a friend that works at the Health Dept. and she said that if you are going to be around tobacco leaves, dried or otherwise, that you need the shot. And since many people enter tobacco leaves in the Home & Garden exhibits, everyone at the fair needs to have gotten the shots.nomoney said:nitwit, don't believe everyone...they're playing on your fears. the shots are only for those that deal with harvesting tobacco. I seriously doubt you'll need it.
You do need a stamp if you don't want to pay out of county fees for the fairs, etc...
You do need to register if you want people to come to your house for halloween. You do not have to register if you just want to take your kid out to other peoples houses.(but please do not trick or treat at those that haven't registered. Reg is free and if people don't do it its ususally because they have something to hide).
You will not get in trouble for having an out of state lic.You are way gullible if you fall for that one. But you will pay out of county fees like I said previously.

But those have been cured and dried. there was only that one incident with that unexperienced farmer who didn't cure his tobacco before entering it in the fair. The fear that people have now is uncalled for because of the strict guidelines and inspections that go on prior to the fair opening.Ehesef said:It's not just for harvesting tobacco.
