Speaking of integrity and class, It appears they are trying to figure out a way to say he died from a drug overdose, without using the words drugs or overdose.

More tests ordered the last I heard.

So true, it's the magical formula that only applies to Hollywood celebs, you didn't really die from what really killed you!!!

In the News
"Surrounded by drug, drug paraphernalia, white powder in her nose and a syringe sticking out her arm, police try to figure out exactly what may have killed Anna Nichole Smith"

except in this case it seems as though there really isn't any evidence to suggest illegal drugs were involved.

They don't have to be illegal for it to be an overdose..

There are many LEGAL drugs that you can crush and snort up your nose.. or just take in mass quantities.. that could lead to an overdose.

Anna Nicole Smith didn't die from an overdoase of illegal drugs.. every single one of the 103 different types of drugs in her system were legally prescribed drugs.. Granted they were from 65 different docotors and prescribed to 103 people that weren't her, but they were all legal.

How long did it take for Hollywood to finally admit what Rock Hudson died from? Remember all the "Lost his insurance because of so many rear-end collisions" jokes?

It would be irresponsible for the Medical Examiner to declare a cause of death without actually having one. Toxicology reports are standard procedure in a death like this. That being said, all I hear on the news is "probable overdose", so I don't see how they're dancing around the subject.
