Glad you liked it I'm on a fresh herb kick lately, so that's what's different about it - fresh dill, tarragon and chives.

I'm guessing that the last 24 hours in the fridge has, somehow, softened the herbs. I got a strong taste of them, not unpleasant, but noticeable, at the party, but, the leftovers, it is perfect.
