What's on the menu for today? I'm making a rack of ribs, macaroni salad, cuke salad, some crab legs that need to be used up...

I'm thinking French toast for breakfast.

I'm working 4 - 8, Lowe's is "generously" closing an hour early.

Tonight, as I watch fireworks in the distance, will raise a mug of beer to the memory of Mathias Bruchs, who served with the
Northampton (PA) County Militia through the course of the War for Independence. He is one of my 6th great grandfathers, emigrating here from Germany in the mid 1760's.
