Happy Feet

Chicklet and I went and saw this today. It was very cute, but ran a tad bit long for the kids. If you are one that flinches at heights, there were several scenes where I had to look away. :twitch:

I took the kids to see Deck the Halls. It was totally cheesy but the girls enjoyed it, My son and I were almost snoring though.

I'd have rather seen Happy Feet. :ohwell:

Bug was getting bored towards the end and was asking when it would be over.

My kids went with their grandparents to see it today and they said the same thing. Kids asked to leave before it was over.

I have just one word for this: adorable. First coming with the dude that voiced Tommy Pickles in the beginning. Then I noticed that Brittany Murphy's character has an awesome singing voice is that her real voice? then Robin Williams lends his voice to two characters (that's something new) then after I left the theater I noticed that Steve Irwin lent his voice in it too that I didn't see coming.

Did you know they are already working on the sequel? It's a darker story than the first one. Global warming is going to kill off all the penguins.

We saw this last weekend. It was alright, but not as good as we hoped.

That was my opinion too. It was just okay. I've been to too many cartoon movies this year, Over the Hedge, Open Season, Flushed Away, and Happy Feet. I liked Over the Hedge the best. The next one my daughter really wants to see is Eragon, but I think I'll let her dad take her to that one.

The voice of Tommy Pickles belongs to a chick not a dude

Oh... how many of those rugrats were voiced by women that did the voice of the boys? cause I do know that in one of the spin-off's one of Angelica's friends was voiced by a real dude (and well her friend was a dude)

Thank you all. Sounds like I will wait for the DVD release. This will give my two year old time for intermissions.

She'll need them. Especially towards the end.
