Hi, folks! Thanks for the breakfast offer! This morning I have my usual - eggs scrambled with cubed spam and a little cheese, with a very large ice-cold milk.

Bacon crisp, red pepper for the potatoes, eggs over easy, one piece of whole wheat lightly toasted and Coffee.

No breakfast for me , but a chicken sanwich combo from Chick-fil-a for lunch with a sweet tea was nummy in my tummy.
