My bottle of honey has been in the cabinet for a while and has crystallized and become hard. Is there a way to loosen it up?

or run it under hot water. Both work.

Don't microwave it, it can burn the honey. Put it in a pan of boiling water for a few minutes until all the chrystals have dissolved. Make sure you leave the lid open when you do this to keep the expanding air from overpressurizing the container. It should stay liquid again for a while.
