July 13th. And the final novel comes out eight days later.

Has an HP book and an HP movie ever come out in the same month before? I've got all the movies on DVD and all the books. I am really looking forward to July.

No, an HP novel and film have never been released so close before.

The Half-Blood Prince novel and Goblet of Fire film both came out in 2005, but were separated by approx. four months.

It's interesting Daniel Radcliffe appeared (nude) on the London stage in Equus, a play with extremely 'heavy' themes.

It seems he's desperate to avoid typecasting, which is no doubt a major concern for him and other performers in similar situations, such as Brandon Routh (Superman in Superman Returns). It's not a problem when you're already an established actor before playing an iconic character, such as Christian Bale (Batman in Batman Begins) or Johnny Depp (Capt. Jack Sparrow in the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy).

Had to bump this. Has anyone seen the movie yet? I honestly thought it came out at midnight tonight, not last night.

My kids (16 & 19) went up to Waldorf with a bunch of friends to see it @ midnight on Tuesday. They LOVED it.
