Has anybody else been getting these offers?

In the past few days, maybe a week, I've been inundated with requests to respond to offers from ProductTestPanel.com to accept camcorders, cell phones, etc., and they haven't quit.

I don't respond, because I'm leery of a scam.

If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

Do they have a link to unsubscribe?
I would still be leary to clicking on links in emails, but if you are getting a lot of these emails a day, I might see who the owner of the website is. They usually have a contact with a phone number.
I would call them to see whats up.
