Has anyone noticed that "Cinco de Mayo" has been sidelined in the news, advertising, and the like? Has been extremely quiet. Not even food sale merch in the grocery stores.

Maybe prices .?

I bought avocados to make guac. In the past they were a dollar a piece, 5 for $5 or even 4 for $5. I usually buy 4 at a time. They were 2 for $4.
