Has this happened to you and what did you do about it?

For one day right before my period my allergies go crazy and my head feels like its going to explode. My sineses (sp?) feel like when you get water up your nose while swimming but all day. Am I the only one this happens to? It usually last for 24 hrs but its so bad that I can't concentrate and just want to sleep the whole day. I've missed work because of it.

My head fills up at night when I lay down and I have to sleep sitting up so it drains down. Happens a lot. Mucinex helps.
