the poor dad
As I’m hearing these stories from Uvalde of parents begging police to do something or let them, the parents, in to do something, I have to ask the question - when do we the people take the power back? I’m not a police hater - I would never want their job - but they don’t always have the correct answer. Sometimes I think they just need to move out of the way and let us citizens handle the problem. I often think about this during natural disasters or major accidents where we are hindered by police of freedom of movement to get to our own properties or families to protect it or them ourselves. I will not be happy if I am ever prevented from going to my property or families to protect it/them. Will I have the courage to do something when given the opportunity? I sure hope so.
We have seen to much of this the last 2 years - seems to be getting worse - businesses closed by LEO because of masks & vaccine mandates, being dragged out of school board meetings because you Have a different opinion, etc.
What say you?
