it seems that these big lottery winners in Murlin are from:
Baltimore
Lexington Park
Waldorf
Anywhere in Pee Gee....
well, if they can rig elections, why not send winning tix to marginalized underserved unrepresented locals.
Only then, will diversity be rectified, and the winners will move to gated communities in Montgomery or Howard County and keep their former neighbors at length. You think I am kidding?
