Have You Seen Allens Boat?

Last week we had some thieves in our store. Can you help me find them?

Driving a white Ford 4dr pickup. License plate possible 2CL1283. I do know the first number is 2, the 1st letter is C. Not sure the second letter is L but am positive the last four numbers are 1283.
Towing a small boat without a motor. Looks like it may have just been pulled out of the weeds. Hand written on the side is "Allens BoAT".
1st perp is wearing a dark grey or black "John Deere" shirt with a "Live Salty" hat. 2nd perp is wearing a "UA" grey hoodie-can't make out the symbol on the hat.

Thx!

What did they steal and what's an alewive?

Look inbread and shifty as hell. Hope you catch them and they actually get punished.
They stole about $150 worth of product - fishing/crab supplies mainly - hog ring pliers and hog rings, brass boat snaps, knife, cutting pliers, boat trailer bearings. Maybe they are trying to catch a bushel of crabs to give away for free to those in need...

Just sneakin' around....

They sound like local "watermen", term used loosely. Hopefully not too hard to find them, between the truck, boat and location.

What they do just collect it all and walk out? They don't look like the sharpest crayons in the box, they actually look like they ate half the box of crayons as kids.

Anyone wearing a hoodie in the summer is suspect from the get go, IMHO.

Thx to forum members here and locals, the perps have been identified. I called the sheriffs office today but no one came down before closing time to take the report. Not these guys first rodeo. Apparently the same day they were in our store, they hit another local business-Ridge Marine Sales- for over a thousand dollars from what we’ve heard thru the grapevine. Many other charges against them before these incidents. I’m sure We won’t see any restitution.

They bought a few items - about $15 worth - but spent about 15 minutes in the store subtly putting the other items in their pockets. What started out as one item turned into 5 or more items. Each time I watched the video I found something else going in a pocket.
