It is getting down to the last few auctions. Deals are to be had! We have TONS of hay at the auction. Large squares, TONS of small squares, and lots of rounds too. Prices have dropped significantly.

35 and up last time. Since there are only two more auctions after this one, farmers will be trying to move their hay to clear out their barns and clear out the State warehouse.

Woohoo! I got a round bale that was only $2 less than what I had paid throughout the year...but I also picked up 25 bales of alfalfa for $3.60 each! Medium weight bales that are really nice! There's a little sun bleaching on the outside, but the rest is gorgeous and the animals were snorffing it down yesterday.
