I wish there was a 'magic pill', but no such luck. Changes in eating habits, exercise and some supplements work (b vitamins, calcium with magnesium and D with C are good for you and help to maintain your health). I suggest you see a clinical dietician through your doctor to help you get started. Some supplements interfere with medication (as in my case), so that would need to be discussed. And some meds cause weight gain (estrogen & some bp meds are a couple that come to mind).
BTW- the ONLY HCG program that helps is the one through a physician, BUT you get put on a serious low cal diet, and it costs $1000.00. It works but it's extreme. HCG over the web is nothing but crap - don't bother.
