Headaches

I NEVER used to get headaches. Now for some reason, I have them every morning. Whats up with that? Should I go see a doctor? The pain isn't severe, just annoying. Its tense, and a lot of throbbing

Is it located in one area? Or the whole head?

Have you been drinking a lot of water?

back in 1999 i started with headaches all the time... no one till last year could figure it out... they just treated with meds....

come to find out it was Lyme, Rocky Mt Spotted fever and Babesia .. all rolled into one. :yay: ... As of last year when i started treatment... POOF.... all the headaches were gone (minus the headache for pollen and crap.. but nothing like what it was)

Do you drink a lot of caffeine or do you tense your jaw or grind your teeth during sleep? Either can cause morning headaches and are easily remedied.

Go to your Doctor. When did you have your eyes checked last? Does it seem to come around during a Menstural Cycle? As mentioned above, drink water. This is nothing to play around with, especially if you are on Birth Control Meds.

Are you a smoker? Sometimes that causes headaches... I used to wake up with a "cigarette hangover" when I would smoke a lot.

Do you have allergies? Maryland is notorious for bringing about allergies to people that have never shown signs of them before.

Drink a lot of water and maybe try Claritin or Allegra.

Nah, mine was always good. They said it's pretty common early in pregnancy because your body is producing/pumping so much more blood. Ugh, I had it all...morning sickness, headaches, swelling and I was borderline for gestational diabetes.

"Pre-eclampsia" (sp?) THAT is what I was thinking.

Ohhhh well no, I didn't have that...thankfully :yay:

But ol preggers at work thinks she's got everything. I keep tell her to stay off the internet, stop googling sh!t...she's just gonna scare herself. Ugh it's annoying :lol:
