I thought you already had a party, you know, the first time they passed reform... ?
Good idea to get your parties in now, before they outlaw all chips, sodas, candy and pizza. Life sure is going to stink once they do this noble thing for us.

If the dems actually thought it was going to save money, they would have made it effective immediately instead of waiting until the president is out of office and can no longer take the blame for their ignorance.
personally, in the long run I think it would be cheaper just to not allow those that refuse to work to have insurance.

I was worried about the part where we couldnt turn down people with existing conditions until it was explained to me.
The Insurance Companies will not be able to turn down people with existing conditions. This will do a couple of things Fist it will raise rates to the point that people will scream for the Public option. Then when enough people join the Public Option, Private Insurance will go out of business.
When the Private Insurance goes out of Business those with pre- existing conditions such as Cancer and use of Dialysis , anyone over 55, heart disease, will be rationed and they will die meaning the cost will go down.
Think about that.
