LEONARDTOWN, MD (December 11, 2024)— Multiple public health professionals at the St. Mary’s County Health Department (SMCHD) have been selected to advance their leadership capabilities and public health skills in local or regional initiatives. These programs build future professional leaders by strengthening their knowledge of their community, providing opportunities for cross-sector collaboration, and sharpening leadership skills such as strategic decision-making, creativity, and communications.
Staff who have been selected for leadership development programs include:
