Will have to get rid of a dog. Son is leaving and this one needs to go out a lot. I have her boosters due next week. I'll get that done. She has adjusted really well to my house and is very sweet, so I'd guess she would respond well to another family. She stays in the yard if you watch her. I just want to get away for a few days from time to time. Can't do it with this one in the house. Old dog, but is happy as heck. No problem with other dogs or the cat or kids. Just likes to lay around. Vet said she saw no obvious problems. Flea allergy is one thing.

Awww, poor girl. If it helps, there are dog sitting services that will come to your house, if that's an option.

It would be an option for sure if they can come early AM, mid day and Late PM.

I can't take females unless I absolutely positively have to. My females already hate each other and any other female that comes around, this poor girl wouldn't stand a chance with those bitches. :frown:

I have a great petsitter. She will come when you need her. We used her each day when both my husband and I were working and now use her if we want to go out for an extended time during the day or evening. She stays at the house overnight when we travel. She gives our dogs their medicine and one of our cats needs insulin. Let me know if you want her info and talk to her.
