Nope, and I frequent Cooks a lot, never heard that. Sure wish I could tune in a scanner to hear whats going on. But I'm sure it's best that I have no clue who they might be chasing in my neck of the woods.

Yes. A guy who drives for the EMS system used that phrase when we were in that area, looking for the location of someone who called 911...
