HELP!!! Google maps...

...how do you get it to NOT change your route??? I know where I am going and how I want to get there and I want to decide the way points. As is, once I get too far, it wants to start changing my route.

I am going to kill it if I can't over come this. The entire internet if necessary.

That was going to be my advice as well. If it's on the cell, just keep driving the way you know and it will autocorrect.
