Help me find a new av?

Nickel seems to be good at that, but I hate it when you guys switch avs and I can't find you. I tried to change mine a couple times and couldn't even find ME.

Have you tried to just use a search engine to look for something? There's a lot out there.

Can anyone tell me how to reduce the image size?
