Help! Mozilla Firefox

Ok, I really screwed up. My computer is running Mozilla Firefox for browser. It locked up so I closed it. I tried to reopen, and apparently there are several identities there. I of course picked the wrong one. The problem is that I cannot figure out how to get back to the right one. Help me please.

All of my account numbers are saved and under this identity, I cna't pull any of them up.

Start it in a command or terminal window and use the profilemanger option:
         firefox -ProfileManager
then choose the profile you need. You may want to delete the profiles you don't want to keep after you find the one you want.
