HELP! Urine Smell

My puppies have been on my deck for the last couple of months on and off during the day. We now have a nice large fenced area for them in the back yard and they are off the deck! Problem is, there is an AWFUL urine smell under my deck from them.............there is no grass under the deck, just dirt. Does anyone have any suggestions how I can neutralize the dirt to get rid of the smell (and the flies)????? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! TIA

No, dingdong. Pelleted lime takes a while to break down. She wants something to work now. In all my years of cleaning stalls, pens, barns, etc, nobody has EVER had me use pelleted lime.

I use Sweet PDZ from southern states. Its a horse stall refresher but its non toxic. You can spread it with your hands. I think its better than Lime.
