Help with Christmas Dinner

We always have a Rib Roast for Christmas dinner. Last night my husband says he wants something different. I need ideas.

No duck, no goose, no lasagna. No venison. Any ideas?

Stuffed Shells, a nice salad, a nice bottle of red wine, and garlic knots..(garlic knots are in BJ's by the bread...they are outstanding)!!

I didn't have any ideas to add; we do rib roast and lobster tails every year. But, wanted to wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
