but seriously - talk to your doctor, look at your diet, bathroom habits, sitting on cold metal surfaces ... might be time for a colenscopy

isn't that the beauty of these forums. you can talk hemmoroids, etc, freely. Your best advice might come from a forumite that unbeknowst to you, may be sitting in the cubby next to you, or cutting you off in traffic like a mother effer.
