"Sin City" is one of my favorite movies. It has great plotting and a unique style, plus the dialogue is top notch. Director Robert Rodriguez has created a bunch of 10-minute film school shorts that tell you how to make movies on the cheap, and how he did it. Here's the one for "Sin City":
I love the behind the scenes vids because it reminds me that A) movies are fake; and B) it's pretty easy to create false reality. And C) these people are actors; they act; that character isn't really them.
