I have used this suasage for a quick dinner many times, always great.

I slice the sausage and brown it in a large skillet. While the sausage is browning I cook a bag of boil in a bag brown rice. When the sausage is done I add, whatever leftover veg I have, brown rice, 1 can of diced tomatoes and toss.

1 Package Sausage
1 cup or more leftover veggies cut in bite size pieces (I have used asparagus and squash)
1 package boil in a bag brown rice
1 can diced tomatoes w/ basil, garlic and oregano
Salt and pepper to taste.

I do the same thing except when I brown the sausage I throw in some fresh sliced mushrooms. The sausage gives the mushrooms a great flavor.

That sounds good Bay_Kat, i am definitely going to have to try that.
