Potomac Gardens has re opened. We just left their soft re opening and I think, to paraphrase Martha Stewart, "it's a good thing. Easy golf cart distance from the house, good beer prices and a great juke box.

Did they ever close? Whenever I happen to drive around the Point reminiscing about my misguided youth, I would see 2 or 3 cars there. I always figured it was a gathering of regulars who have assigned bar stools. Has the store portion reopened? Is that what you're saying?

The store has closed and the bar side has re opened under new ownership. The new owners have been busting their asses to get things ready. Tonight was a 6 hour "soft" opening just to check things out.

The Miller Lite was very cold and easy on the wallet. They even have Bud Light 10oz for @DoWhat .

I did see some unfamiliar vehicles there last evening when I test drove the Jetta around the Point. I was wondering why there was a honkin' big dually parked diagonally, taking up 3 spaces.
