We use an old version of HEAT.......

They use Magic upstairs.......it works.

We just started using Active Campaign's SupportTrio and so far, so good. Nice user interface, lots of features. David can tell you more about it since he's the one that installed and configured it.

Thansks for the input thus far, I spoke to a consultant yesterday about remedy, he was saying it is difficult to install and is not very user friendly, however he has never used it before...

This project is in the infancy stage and I have time to research...
