Indy car doesn't bore me. I grew up going to the Indy 500. The speed is amazing. I still am more inclined to watch race cars brake hard, turn left, turn right, and accelerate like a bat out of hell.
I caught a little of the race. Not a bad race, and I am glad that they are unified. Hopefully they go back to turbo cars (850hp+) someday, and get back into the 230's mph at the large ovals. I am also looking forward to seeing them race more road courses.

They can't get close to each other for fear of a wreck. I'd rather see rubbing, pushing & shoving at 190 mph.

I've got o ask the question: How did Juan Pablo Montoya ever win so many races in open wheel with his full-contact driving style?

He would have won more, but that driving style took him along with others out of a few F1 races and was the demise of his F1 career. Still, he is a great driver having won in many major forms of auto racing. It is nice to see drivers race and do well in different disciplines of auto racing.
