Naw he was a knotted mess...groomer stripped him down and is trying to at least save him a top knot..she took the picture before she scissored it...I have them that look sorta like that all the time..I try to save the ears too but I guess she could not....just combed out the top knot and was getting ready to scissor it and took the pic then..

Aaaawww poor puppy! Means he was neglected. I can't stand it when peoples don't at least try to keep that stuff tame. I know my Rex wears my arms out just on his head, ears and tail. He is naked everywhere else right now. Hubby did him himself. Talk about your bad haircuts! :rolleyes:

Yeah I did, just didn't put two and two together. I am somewhat dense these days. It's all those little pink pills I keep taking.
