My youngest figured out how to make her own. She plays a song clip on her computer and records it off the speaker using the voice memo feature of her cellphone. The clip gets saved as an audio file, and she then sets it as someone's ringtone.
Pretty cool, huh? The audio isn't as good as a standard ringtone, but it didn't cost $2.99, either.
