I would never do that in a million years. This forum here is an honest meritocracy. You post whatever's on your mind, not counting porn and profanity, and take your lumps.

I may not agree with Patch, but I still want to read what he has to say.

I have to agree, although his views are different, it does add entertainment value to the forums.

Nor would I trust a few ppl that post the same negative stuff here as on TheBayNet. I dont have anything against you, its just you and some other peoples negative posts that you copy and paste about what is going on in the mortgage industry but nothing ever positive thats being reported. If your trying to be a mortgage analyst/reporter and an unbias one at that lets post both sides of the story not just how you feel. If I knew what you did for a living, I wouldnt post negative things about how you and you fellow coworkers put food on the table for your kids as long as its legal. Ok I understand something must of happened to you where you hate the mortgage industry and I am truely sorry if you had a bad experience, however please have something positive to say every once and awhile, people dont like samething over and over and over again. By all means try variety youll be surprised how happy you ll become. May you be blessed in trying something new. :yay:

Negative? My post are positive. Each day, more ARMs re-set, more homes are added to inventory, DOM goes up one more tick, lowering home prices. And now and again a few fraudsters get caught. All and all, a pretty good day.

More ARMs are being reset which means more ppl are having to think about what their going to do, I dont see how thats is positive. I thought you said fundraisers, I was going to comend you. But on the other hand those that have been caught or are in the process of being caught for doing fraud in the mortgage industry is also a good thing so the ones of us that werent involved can continue to build are referral base.

constantly being attacked by certain people and, could never return the attacks because of an unfair playing field.
so I put as my avatar a picture of Hitler wearing a Halo. St Hitler.

less than two days it took to be dumped on that one.

Having people to think is not positive? I guess that was great for some businesses in the days of loose lending standards and toxic mortgages. Maybe people NOT thinking was a problem?
