She wasn’t wrong. Those 40 beheaded babies were made up by the IDF. The US government knows it and the Israeli government does as well.

I admit the story was hard to believe BUT ONLY because I could not corroborate it with anything else on the web. It was revolting enough that I could see why they would never show video - and there's some video that government and reporters have only been allowed to see - but the babies story was only coming from one source.

But the atrocities that are actually on film of things done that day are grisly enough to turn my stomach. I saw one guy being hacked to death with the very hoe he was tilling with.

I think we've become used to seeing or hearing about this kind of horrific behavior from the Middle East, we've become a bit numb to it. Something as gruesome as a home invasion where children are shot before their parents and families burned alive in their homes are the sort of thing that had it happened HERE, in the United States, our reaction would be VERY different.

"Made up" is probably over-reach - and a misinterpretation of the evidence. Babies WERE found dead; some of them blown apart or burned or simply riddled with bullets. If a child is found dismembered, it's not clear whether it was blown apart with a bomb or cut apart with a knife. And some of the reports were mixed - if you find a place filled with dead children and some of them beheaded, it's easy to make the claim that they ALL were.

That's what I have learned from various reports. Nothing clearly points to the 40 story - but numerous verified reports show individuals beheaded, mutilated, burned and worse. Like I said, I was horrified to see a video of a man being hacked with a hoe.

And that is possibly the MOST GRUESOME aspect - we know of much of their atrocities because THEY FILMED IT THEMSELVES AND UPLOADED IT to the Internet. Like those two teens in Vegas who ran over the cyclist and BRAGGED ABOUT IT. That's evil. Nothing short of evil.
