I have nothing against programs to get felons jobs when they leave prison. It probably helps to keep them from doing something that puts them back in. This one company seems to be getting a lot of help from prison. Probably the grant money has something to do with that, but if it keeps these people from breaking the law again it sounds like it could be a decent program.
