haven't heard of this hidden creek farm. the riding pics on the "about us" page are not very impressive. but looks like they sell a few horses.

Never heard of the farm but I do know Ruckersville. It's the butt end of no where but, a pretty drive If you're looking for a trailer when you go down to see the horse check out Blue Ridge Trailer Sales.

Looks like a nice resource for 1st time or 1st time in a long time buyers.

I've been there a couple of times. Almost bought one of their geldings, but someone else had beat me to it. Their target market is beginners or newly returning horse owners. They really know their stuff, and their stock. Not a fancy place, and not at all aiming at experienced horse people who want more than basic training on their rides. Horses aren't usually fancy either (but can be very nice), and some have blemishes, but all functional. I would trust them, but found myself out of their target market so quit wasting their time.
