Where is Joe Biden? St. Croix, Camp David, Rehoboth Beach, Martha's Vineyard, wherever there is a friend to let him use their mansion.
When he is in the White House he calls gets up at 8:30 and calls a lid at 9.
He gets up 3 times a night to pee and Dr, Jill takes him by the hand and leads him to the facility where he pees all over the floor and then she leads him back to bed. He hasn't gotten to the point yet where Dr. Jill has to tell him to swallow when he is eating, but it's getting close.
